Where will my order ship from?

All of our backdrops are lovingly shipped to you from our HQ either in Brisbane or Sydney.

How much does shipping cost?

For domestic orders, we have a flat rate of AUD $10 for Standard Shipping and $14 for Express Shipping. Orders over $80 qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.

International shipping rates are dependent on your location and weight of your order, but can range from AUD $20 - $45.

When will I get my order?

All of our backdrops are printed to order, and take 3-4 business days for each order to be checked, finalised and sent to print. From here it is packaged up safely and sent off to you.

The shipping time depends on your location, but within Australia it can be between 2 - 7 days.

For international orders, we use Express Post and it can take between 7 - 12 business days for your parcel to arrive. Please allow for delays and differences in this time depending on your location.

How do I track my order?
